What about the envelope, does it have CCBC on the outside or a claimant/solicitors name?  Did it come with a N149A form?

Sorry I won't ask any questions again.. in fact I'll leave the board if my questions are causing issues - there are many many pages and threads which I've gone through and only came here after reading them.. the questions I've asked are not covered in those threads... really upset about the way you've spoken to me and being a new member I really hope you are more welcoming to other new members

@Aslanarito, what we are trying to establish is who sent you the DQ you referred to in your question above. There are two possibilities. The first possibility is that it is a copy of the Claimants DQ which you don't have to do anything with it. It is just for your records.

The second possibility is that it is your DQ that has been sent to you by the CCBC. That DQ or one that you can download has to be completed by you and the completed form should be emailed to the CCBC and a copy to the Claimant or their solicitor, if they're using one.

The best solution for you right now would be to check your MCOL history and if it say that an N180 DQ has been sent, just download your own here: https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/1079639/N180_Final_Form.pdf and complete it.

Hi B789 - Thanks for the assistance. Yes the DQ was sent according to MCOL So it was the CCBC - I've filled in the form and sent it off as explained in the threads.

Really appreciate the help - I thought that's what these boards are for...not everyone is confident with forms processes etc

We are all here to help you!  We regulars are all strong personalities who see the PPC scam clearly and hope to bring newbies up to speed with the way we think and what we know.  We have to be fairly pushy people to tackle this rogue industry, so their threats fall off us like water off a duck's back.

Check your MCOL history to see if there are any updates. But the CCBC are well behind on their admin work, so it may be still sitting in a pile somewhere.

It's taking at least 2 months at the moment.
