Received a letter today from DCB legal saying they intend to proceed with the claim. checked MCOL and no updates on there.
Expect a without prejudice offer to settle at a lower amount, ignore it. Then anticipate a notice of discontinuation.
How do I get the email address of the CEO of Asda please?
Simply put this into Google 'Asda ceo email address'!

    Hi,

I've received the DQ in the post today which I've filled in based on the newbies thread but had 2 quick questions.

    1) on the DQ form the section where it says 'to be completed by, or on behalf of' is blank and not filled in - is this normal?

    2) How do I send a copy to the other parties?

    Thanks

    1) All your questions are answered in the NEWBIE sticky
    2) Send a copy by e-mail to any e-mail address that the claimant has used to communicate with you or check on the claim form for "address for correspondence" or similar for the claimant.

for 1) I don't see anywhere about this information in the thread - I just want to know whether it should have been filled in by the sender - I've looked everywhere so a bit of advice on this would be appreciated

    Did you see this: -
IMPORTANT - KNOW WHAT YOU MUST DO AND BY WHEN!

Here's a summary from bargepole of what happens when, what you MUST do in time, re the paperwork & deadlines:

    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5546325/court-claim-procedure-updated-october-2016/p1

in the NEWBIE sticky.  There is a rider to that because the CCBC have added another question on the DQ about "determination on papers" and that is answered by a post from @Grizebeck here 10 June 2022 at 7:51AM <<<LINK
Did you receive it from the CCBC or from the claimant?  I would have said that is your name in the box and cross out "Claimant" and "Part 20 Claimant"
