Are those the only 2 photos on UKPC's website?! No close up of the dashboard?
You simply put this in your defence facts paragraph:
3. The Defendant had no idea about any parking charge and has not received any documentation; no notice to keeper; no letters. The only paperwork the Defendant has ever received about this was from the court. As such, there has been no fair opportunity to challenge it at any stage nor has the Defendant had sight of any parking 'breach' evidence.
3.1. The Defendant called the notorious roboclaim 'law' firm, who said it was parked in a disabled bay without a badge. The Defendant's wife has a Blue badge and this would have been a normal shopping trip to ASDA. Only blurry photos appear on the Claimant's website. Any breach of terms is denied.

I thought I'd draw your attention to this fairly recent thread which you might have not yet seen. You must keep going through all the necessary court procedure phases, but the hope is that your case will follow the same pattern as all those detailed in the thread. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Not sure what page you're actually referring to but I can't see anything related to my case in that page.
All I want to know is how can I appeal my ticket based on the facts I've given?0 -

Everything in that thread should interest everyone who is being chased through the court system by DCB Legal Ltd.
Just read the opening post on that thread even if you haven't the inclination to read the rest of it.Aslanarito said:All I want to know is how can I appeal my ticket based on the facts I've given?
You are well past that stage.6 -

Ahh ok - I do have the inclination to read it but maybe I accidently clicked a different page because it brought up a page about parking with a motorbike so apologies for the confusion I have gone into it again and read through it and it is really helpful.
Much appreciated and apologies again for what seemed like an ungrateful post by me.1 -
Hi
Just a quick question. It says on the sticky to not file defence on the MCOL website. Where do I file my defence?0 -

Just two days ago I wrote on your very own thread...See the words 'by email' in there? To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look at the second post in the NEWBIES thread.Don't miss the deadline for filing a Defence.Do not try and file a Defence via the MoneyClaimOnline website. Once an Acknowledgment of Service has been filed, the MCOL website should be treated as 'read only'.3
