Small claims for being Parked in a disabled bay 4 years ago - UKPC

Hi,
I'm new to the board and have read the sticky for beginners but I'm slight confused and needed some assistance.
I received a PCN back in 2018 apparently according to the court letter I got today for a small court claim from a lady called Yasmin Mia
I've never received any documentation - no notice to owner or otherwise but they are claiming payment for a PCN for which I've never received. The only paperwork I've ever got was from the court recently. They seem to be claiming damages and £160 for a pcn which is ridiculous. I've not had the time to challenge it at any stage nor have I had sight of any parking.
When I've called the law firm they've said it was parked in a disabled bay without a permit. My wife has a disabled badge and I only go ASDA with her to do shopping.
I really need advice on this and appreciate any you guys could give me. I've seen a few hurtful and sarcastic comments so please do not respond if your intention is to cause upset or be disrespectful. I really can't afford the fine and really need help please please

Hello and welcome.
What is the Issue Date on your County Court Claim Form?
Have you filed an Acknowledgment of Service?
If so, upon what date did you do so?
Your MCOL Claim History will have the definitive answer to that.

2. It is admitted that the Defendant was the registered keeper of the vehicle in question.
The Defendant doesn't know who was driving
3. Not sure what to put here as I don't know who was driving at the time nor did I receive the windscreen PCN which they claim was put there - Please can I have advice on this?

That's nearly four weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute. To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look at the second post in the NEWBIES thread.Don't miss the deadline for filing a Defence.
Do not try and file a Defence via the MoneyClaimOnline website. Once an Acknowledgment of Service has been filed, the MCOL website should be treated as 'read only'.2 -
Having looked up the reference number provided on the small claims court, the 2 pictures attached were provided if this is of any help to people who can assist me
