Promotional Period: The prize promotion opens at 00:00 on 3rd January 2023 and closes at 23:59 on 30th January 2023.

Entry Instructions: To enter, text SPEYSIDE or SPEYSIDE1 followed by a space, and your full name and postcode to 60110. Entries may only be submitted via text.

Entry is by text only. Only one entry per person during the promotional period. For the avoidance of doubt only one unique mobile number will be accepted per person, and a person can use this mobile number to enter only once. Any entrant using multiple mobile numbers to enter the promotion will be disqualified and any prize entitlement will be void. A mobile number can only be used by one person and it cannot be shared within a household.

Prize Fund: There will be 1x main prize and 5x runner-up prizes.

The main prize (x1) is for 2 adults (18+) and consists of:

- return economy travel to Speyside, Scotland from the winner’s home address (will also include travel from/to the winner’s UK address from/to the nearest station, or departure airport (which has a direct flight);

- return private transfers from Inverness Airport, Aviemore station or alternative nearby station if necessary to the hotel;

- three nights’ accommodation at the Culdearn Hotel in Speyside sharing a double or twin room, with breakfast;

- a full day private Whisky experience through Speyside with a traditionally kilted tour guide, a traditional lunch and access to/transfer between all distilleries included in the tour;

- dinner on one night at The Mash Tun Restaurant (to a maximum value of £170);

- transfer to and from The Mash Tun Restaurant.

Prize must be taken within 12 months of prize acceptance, excluding the Christmas holiday period (19th December 2023 – 7th January 2024), Valentine’s Day/Weekend, Easter weekend and all other bank holiday weekends in the UK, subject to availability. Excludes spending money. The winner and guest are responsible for all expenses not expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions as being included as part of the prize.

The runner up-prizes (x5) consist of 1x Burns Night luxury hamper for two people. Hamper will contain a variety of Scottish delicacies.

Prizes will be dispatched within 28 working days of acceptance.

Please note that all winners (main prize + runners-up) will be required to provide proof of identity documenting full name and age (date of birth), before the prize can be dispatched. Proof of identity must match the name provided in the text entry. Only official documents can be accepted as proof of identity (driving licence, identity card or passport). Council tax will not be accepted as proof of identity. Expired proof of identity will not be accepted.

Only one prize per household.
