How low can /should you go - battery discharge?

I have a bank of 4 Pylontech US2000c's that have a DoD of 95%. The installers left the system set so that the Inverter does not allow discharge below 20%. Whilst I want to try and look after the batteries, surely they can be safely discharged a little more? I was thinking setting it to 10 or 15% - the roughly 0.5kwh even at 15% would get me through more nights without importing.
What do you do / advise?
Thanks

I'd be happy going down to 10% SoC, so long as the cells are reasonably well balanced (and they should be, but I don't know if there's any way to tell with a Pylontech battery).

My problem is charging the battery in winter. My heat pump uses so much electricity so frequently that it is hard to add a significant amount of charge to the battery before it get used up. I have already raised the minimum from my usual 10% to 15 % and by December I will probably set it at 40% to 50%Reed0

My Solax was pre-programmed to 10%. I should have thought that would be ok for most batteries.Install 28th Nov 15, 3.3kW, (11x300LG), SolarEdge, SW. W Yorks.

Thanks All,
going to go with 10% but not quite sure which settings to change.
I have a Solis AC coupled 5G Inverter.
The only relevant setting I can see is
Do I just change Overdischg SOC to 10%?

Think mine is labelled On-grid Cut-off SOC%, it's the only thing that's at 10%.Barnsley, South Yorkshire
