Thanks @shandyclover, that's a load of new recipes to try. I'm vegetarian but DH eats meat about once a week; however, if it tastes good and fills him up he's happy. It's so easy to get into a rut and have the same half dozen things most of the time so it's great to have a bit of inspiration.0

I'm completely obsessed with sweet potato curry at the moment, I mix it up sometimes add spinach then other veg.
Not really consciously but our meat in take is slowly reducing, I don't think I'll ever go vegan as I really like Chicken and the occasional steak can feel medicinal, but I think our vegan/vegetarian days will increase.
I do find it quite bizarre when brands such as Shredded Wheat start overtly labelling themselves as Vegan, as it should be pretty obvious to most.Make £2023 in 2023 (#36) £3479.30/£2023

Some cereal manufacturers add vitamin D to cereals, there are 2 forms of added vitamin D - some is sourced from animals, some from plants - hence why cereals get labelled suitable/not suitable for vegans.annabanana82 said:
