So, we had the mini-budget.
Now, the mini un-budget.
In a fortnight, there will be the fiscal statement.
Normally, in recent years, Autumn brings the actual Budget and the Spring brings the Spring Statement.

There was sometimes criticism of that as tax changes announced in March and effective from April did not allow businesses much time to respond, or to put systems in place to administer.
Of late, after a few false-starts, the system seemed to change to Budget setting the strategy around now and Spring Statement to tweak.
Have we reverted to Budget in March and Autumn Statement?
