Have 2 offers which I am weighing up:
First is 73k + 10k allowance
Second one is 87k + 6.2k allowance
Both allowances add to total wage.
Salary sacrifice 5% on 73k and 4% on second one for pension contributions.
I want to check my calculations in terms of net annual take home post tax and NI. The difference is working out to less than 6k from my own calculations. Please could someone confirm or correct.

It is not important whether it is £5.8k or £6.2k.
It is not important whether it is Income Tax, National Insurance or the Tooth Fairy Levy as no-one in this forum can change the calculation, only say what it is.
At the salary levels of interest, all of which are "enough" or "comfortable" or "generous", the priority for me would be to focus on which is the most rewarding job, work-life balance, training and development opportunities, work-place culture and security / prospects.
If your financial position is stretched so that money is a challenge despite a generous salary level, it may be worth visiting the DFW forums and using the SoA tools to understand your finances better and look for ways to achieve a more comfortable and less stressful always worrying about money position.
It is hard to see how anything more and better can be added to what has been said by others above and the extensive comments in your previous threads. If there is more required, it would be necessary to engage the professional services of an Accountant. Whatever you do next, I wish you good luck.4 -
