Hello everyone!

My circumstances:
I am hoping for an overseas transfer (outside EU/EEA) with current employer in July this year.
I will sell my main (and only) residence here and use the proceeds of sale to buy house overseas.
My current gross annual salary after pension contributions is 60k, I have 2 kids and we don't claim child benefit payments (just automated NI credits).
Both parents claim for one child each.
My spouse is non-earning, i.e. working as home-maker.
I am in mid-30s and have 12 qualifying years (till 5-Apr-2022) for the purpose of state pension

Could we:

- tell employer that due to upcoming move, deduct less tax till July so that we have better cash flow now and less administrative work of getting money back from HMRC. Employer knows my salary till July and they know about my move, so why deduct tax as if I will earn for entire tax year? If for any reason, move gets delayed then re-adjust accordingly from August.

- start claiming Child benefit payments (36.25/week), since my overall gross income till July this year will be less than 50k, so no high income child benefit to pay. If we can start payment (one for each parent), what is the procedure for it, and can we back-date the payments from 06-Apr-2022?

Other considerations:
- As this will be my first ever move overseas for work, what other considerations from Tax/NI do we need to be aware of?
- What happens to Child Benefit - NI credits, or payments - after we move?
- Do we need to tell HMRC about Child Benefit about the move? I saw this link: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/child-benefit-change-of-family-circumstances but  not sure when to report.
- Do we need to notify HMRC or any other agency regarding the move?
