Found a fab comp for a Valentine's Hamper from Booths! It's on Smooth North West 'Win' page (could somebody share a link please as I haven't been a member long enough to share). I'm still a newbie

I’ve heard of every “ism” there is but never area…ism before!!! Why only these specific postcodes and is this even allowed under gambling/competition regulations? A bit unfair.
