What's your experience with L&C?

I hope to be applying for a 95% LTV FTB mortgage in the next few weeks, and am looking into brokers. I'd be interested to hear of your experience with L&C with these high LTV mortgages? My income is a mixture of PAYE and self-employed (non-Sterling), so it may not be a straightforward case.
Thank you in advance!

Look at old threads on them. Broadly speaking, you tend to see that they are perfectly fine when the case is straightforward and no limits are being pushed. However, if you are pushing limits then you probably want to go a localised broker.
Your case sounds as if a localised broker would be a better option.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. wasnt very good, not sure if mse gets a kickback off themDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
