This company is hounding me for payment of a debt that i do not owe!! I have asked them via e mail to tell what the debt is for and to whom is it owed. So far they have not told me. Now, they have passed the so called 'debt' to another company. What do i do??

if they just email then you can simply ignore - they need to physically write to you to start the ball rolling I think.  If you do get something in writing, then I believe the "Prove It" letter will be your first port of call - you'll find it in one of the "sticky" threads at the top of the board.

You should follow due process, as the Americans say.

As above, if they ever bother to write to you, all else can be ignored by the way, emails/texts/calls, only letters need to be acknowledged, legally, then send the provit letter to them.

They must provide evidence of liability when asked in writing.

Arrow Global will own the debt, and they will have passed it to one of their tame satellite companies to collect it on their behalf.
