Not really odd at all, just an error by Rodsley50, easily done.

It seems there is a lot of confusion about how the hyperlinks work.

The text on the page is not a hyperlink in itself, that has to be added and in Rodsleys posts the same hyperlink for comp 13929 has been pasted into the link box when creating the post instead of copying the correct link from the Puzzler comp page.

If you hover the mouse over the link you can see what it really links to at the bottom of the browser.

However, as you need to be logged in to Puzzler in the first place it would be far more logical to open the puzzler site, which you should have bookmarked, log in, then select the relevant magazine from the list and choose the correct comp from the drop down.; that way you always find the correct competition.

Of course, the person posting needs to indicate which magazine it is to do this, or you can search by the comp ID which gives a generic page
