  • "The claimant said I didn’t send them my witness statement, too, which is rubbish because I posted it to them."

They did this with a case in Nuneaton recently (the FB group) and the judge rescheduled.

Abso-bloomin-lutely great report.  Well done on the (win hardly covers it), thrashing of the claimant!
  • That's brilliant Stefano. You put the work in so very well done :)

The rep was deluded if they thought an appeal would be allowed.

    Which court was this?

    Walsall county court.

    Thanks a lot Snakes!

Thanks! Yes it’s very satisfying that they lost and are now indebted to me! They tried intimidation all the way through and I was never going to cave, especially when I know these idiots go after blue badge holders.

the 2 ladies who followed you to court this morning at Walsall have both won their cases too.
    That's great!

@Stefano123 congratulations. If the losses keep massing perhaps they won't even try to take mine to court.
  • Beaudelicious So pleased to hear that the other two ladies fighting claims as a result of PCN's from Excel on their two Lichfield car parks won at Walsall on Thursday.  :)

It appears to be the same judge as at Stefano's hearing, DJ Loyns.

ab2000  I hope that they will have the sense to not keep throwing money at these claims and they back off but they are arrogant.

  • That’s amazing! Well done both. Can I read a court report??
