March already and the update is:
Mortgage outstanding - £148,247.79
Offset mortgage - £ 3,440.80
Emergency Fund - £1,469.12
I only have 7 more blasts of chemo to go. The fluid on my lung has resolved (I had a scan last week) and my onc has given me the okay to start back to work on Monday - hallelujah. I'll be on light duties until I get a medical and am passed as fit. I was due annual leave so am taking that this week and that way I'll be back to full pay, thank God.
Could do with more lodgers but I'll address that when we come back from our family holiday next month. I am so looking forward to the holiday as we will have all five grandchildren with us, along with my best friend, her husband and their daughter.

We've had our holiday and it was fab. I got signed back to work a few weeks ago, yippee. My chemo has been successful. My meds will now be exemestane instead of faslodex and abemociclide. Two more chemos to go. Influenza now cleared up after two sets of antibiotics.
Got a new staff member to cover hols/sickness and business cash flow has improved.3 -

July update
Mortgage £145,513.45
Offset £1,460.80
Emergency Savings £5,761.72
Have been working as much overtime as I possibly can. Have made decent inroads in to paying debt also. Had used credit cards to pay for our holiday in April and have also been paying off DH cc as he has been using it for personal purchases. Only health issue last month was calcium level had dropped. I'd moved over to using oat milk from cows milk so I'm guessing that this had an effect. I was instructed to double up on the adcal but it gives me severe bone pain so I've knocked that on the head. Will just need to try and keep calcium levels up through food intake.

Just dawned on me that July is comparison month. So this July compared to last...
Mortgage was £169,255.38 and is now £145,513.45 => reduction of £23,741.93
Offset was £11,225.00 and is now £1,460.80
Also, I now have emergency savings which I didn't have last year. Plus, I am down on lodger numbers too. Just trying to make the most of what I have and getting by in the best way I know how.
