Hi I have a default against me and a loan that's close to being defaulted. Due to ex not paying the loans that he had an undertaking for.
I'm I better to struggle to pay it (have kids) or do I just get the default. Is one default the same as 2 defaults.
I have to sell the family home soon so I might have to rent in future.
