If I link a credit card to my nectar account do they only have access to the transaction data for that card (it’s issued by the same bank I have my main current account with)?

Also,  I use Paypal for online shopping with that same card as the preferred method of payment. Can I still use Paypal and get the extra points?

I am trying to find out if linking nectar connect to my sainsburys stand alone nectar credit card will reap double plus nectar points and only reveal my sainsburys bank and sainsburys groceries account details . I read the T&C's and that seems to be the case . However nectar  is notoriously slow so I may have to wait a couple of months to find out and reveal to forum members.
