Hi All,
I think I posted in the Autumn of 2020 so thought it was time I recorded my progress:
My credit card debt is now £9.2K across 2 interest free cards; it was £29K at the start of 2020.

I was planning for July-2021 for the final card payment but a purchase a £5K computer has put me back a few months.

So hopefully September-2021 I'll be debt free.

I also have approx. £2K in savings which I'm hanging on to.

Happy days.

With all this news of Barclays reducing credit limits, Virgin Money raised mine from £8K to £13K; as result my balance to limit ratio across all my cards has dropped to 17.5%

All 4 cards are on a 0% deal and all scheduled to be paid off way ahead of time in Sept-2021.

My plan then is to use the cards for day-to-day spending and settled each month until the new mortgage deal is set up in June-2022.

Got to keep a credit history rolling lol!
