New rules giving those in England and Wales who are struggling with problem debt a 60-day grace period to get their finances back under control come into force today, in a huge victory for MoneySavingExpert.com and others who've campaigned hard on the issue.

60 days is just not enough time to sort anything, the usual debt collection letter process gives you longer as it stands currently.
Opportunity wasted, 12 months would have been better.

Most creditors don't/can't enforce in that timescale.
