Drop down options are one, three and ten.

But Im confused as I believe there are 4 models available: Portal, Portal TV, Portal Plus and Portal Mini (and there are four in the picture).

Agreed, there are definitely 4. MI've submitted a support ticket notifying them that the options are incorrect so hopefully they'll update it later

The competition is all about the BT Shop, and although there are 4 models produced, the BT Shop does not offer the Portal Mini - see https://shop.bt.com/brands/portal-1741
