CCJ After mortgage offer help!!!

Ccrc

So we received our mortgage offer a couple of weeks ago and are just waiting for the searches etc on the the house. And I have just received a ccj with no other warnings. I have paid it in full and will dispute it after as there was no warning for it, they said it’ll be removed from my credit file if paid with in the month. What are the chances of the mortgage lender doing another credit search on me in the time it takes to filter through the systems and be removed? Will our offer be withdrawn?

This happened to me. I cleared it and the CCJ did disappear. They won’t do another check2

How does a CCJ appear without any warnings you must know what it’s about?0

It was a parking charge from 2017, not like defaulted account or anything. I only knew because I check my credit file and seen as soon as it went on, I had to call loads of people just to find out what it was for. Still received nothing in the post, they are looking into why. Just my luck that it would happen now whilst trying to buy our first home.0

All sorted I rang Experian and they pushed it through to get it removed straight away, didn’t have to wait a month, they were extremely helpful. And it’s already off my transunuion report.0
