Banks reporting to CRA's

Options
Despite paying mortgage and arrears as arranged for seven years on time bank reported it as 'late' to CRA's and badly affected credit score. Took a mortgage holiday due to COVID and bank reported account as 'in arrangement' and credit score dramatically increased.
Pay mortgage and agreed arrears on time and credit score dives. Dont pay mortgage for 6 months and credit score resembles an SpaceX rocket. All concerns how bank reports to Credit Reference Agencies...seems very unfair and bank seems immovable and lacks comprehension of how difficult it has made the last 8 years blaming CRA's rather than their reporting.

Forget any caveats or ifs and buts or maybes,  has the bank correctly reported your credit information?
