Yes the main one is Firm LLP
And my one is Firm Area LLP
But I contacted the underwriter handling my case and got it added

are franchised solicitors a thing?  Thats probably the only way I can see it happen. 
I have loads of cases where only 1 office is listed on the panel but thats when they have 1 central location and multiple hubs that are staffed by the people from the main office on a rota.  Never come across any difficulties with them just faxing or DX'ing the documents to the right office

Must have been a fast process to reach exchange of contracts at almost the same time as the mortgage offer was issued. 

Yes all fast. Offered on the 10th, accepted on the 11th. Almost ready to exchange. Searches took 6 days.

Same here.  Got our mortgage offer last week and also almost ready to exchange
