Will Internet !!!!!! affect mortgage?
Will this affect my application?

One £50 payment on your credit card should not have any impact on a mortgage application.

Generally speaking, lenders rarely ever need to see cc statements.MikeL93 said:
Phew! Would the lender look at my entire list of credit card statements where everything is itemised or would they just see that it’s paid off every month?K_S said:One £50 payment on your credit card should not have any impact on a mortgage application.I am a Mortgage Adviser - You should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. It's doubtful that a one off payment will cause a problem, as it's not an ongoing expense and likely £50 won't cause any problems with affordability.
As K_S says, I've applied for multiple mortgages over the years, and have never been asked for CC statements. It's clear that the balance is paid in full by your credit report, which the lender will be able to see in full.

I have never heard about that being a problem - never.
Your spare money is your spare money, you can spend it on whatever you like. Besides, if you spent it on a credit card and then paid off the credit card, it would not even get picked up.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. I thought these kind of transactions were normally discreet.0
