Just a heads up that the converted partner reward vouchers may not be extended, so may be worth checking any that were due to expire.

I had three reward vouchers for different visits, two were automatically extended for a year but one wasn't - due to expire 30th November. Rang Clubcard who said that they would extend the date and to give them 24 hours for it to update.

The voucher didn't get the expiry date extended so rang again and the person I spoke to said that she would cancel the reward voucher and put the points back onto my account instead.

I have the physical Clubcard vouchers which were due to expire in August 20 and November 20 and are now extended according to above. BUT they are no longer in my Clubcard account online, and there is nothing on the Clubcard website that I could see, which said any vouchers had been extended. So are physical vouchers extended and, if you opted to only receive them online are they lost and not extendable?  Seems a bit sneaky by Tesco.

You said "no longer" so they were, rather than belonging to a different account you don't see on line - hence looks like you've used them on-line sometime, without destroying the physical ones. If you give Clubcard a call they may be able to tell when they were used (it's nearly six years since I was there)  I think even on-line vouchers were extended - because of restrictions you were less able to use them hence the extension.
