hello I am looking for some help
We currently have a mortgage with aldermore (due to my previous defaults and bad credit) we are now remortgaging and our broker is looking at Halifax. We have a 75% LTV so in a really good position, however my credit file is still poor and I have recently paid off a credit card in full which is not reflected in the report yet. Other than a overdraft which I always pay off I have no other debt, what is our likelihood of being accepted? The defaults are over three years old now. My partner has brilliant credit rating and lots of savings!! Our mortgage payments have all been made on time

thank you
