Your statutory rights are not affected.

4.2 Lucky Wheels will have no liability for warranties on any prize won in this competition, Lucky Wheels will try to ensure where possible that all prizes come with a standard manufacturer’s warranty or a purchased warranty for vehicles outside of manufacturer’s warranty barring classic vehicles where no warranty is implied. 5. Competition Entry

5.1 Competitions may be entered via the website www.luckywheels.co.uk and we may run multiple competitions which may be operated at the same time. Each competition will have a specific prize. Each competition may have different odds and/or ticket prices. These will clearly be stated at the outset and throughout the ticket purchasing process.

5.2 Availability and pricing of competitions is at the discretion of Lucky Wheels and will be specified at the point of sale on the website.

5.3 Tickets are on a strictly first come, first served basis. Entrants may purchase from one to twenty tickets per prize competition. Should there be insufficient tickets left to complete your order you will be advised how many tickets are available left to purchase. It is possible that you maybe in the middle of a purchase when the final tickets are purchased by another player, in which case you will not be charged.

5.4 Entries for any Lucky Wheels draw must be received by the draw time and date specified on the website. Any entry after that date will be treated as null and void, if the entry is declared void the entrant will be reimbursed the cost of the entry.

5.5  All entries to the draw must be paid for prior to any entrant being entered in the competition.

5.6 A free postal entry method is available, restricted to one entry per prize game, per card. Multiple entries on a single card are not permitted and will render the entire entry null and void. Postal entries will be accepted providing the postal entry is received 3 days prior to the draw taking place or all tickets being sold. Entries received less than three days before draw date or received after all tickets have been sold (Whichever is the sooner) will not be considered valid. Players must first register with the website www.luckywheels.co.uk, then postal entries must show website profile name, full name, address, telephone number & prize draw they wish to enter, the correct answer to the relevant game qualifying question displayed on the website and posted to Lucky Wheels Competition PO BOX 472, West Malling, ME6 9JY. It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure all postal entries are received by Lucky Wheels by the due date required for that particular draw prize and are valid entries. All postal entries will be allocated a random draw number which will be sent to the address provided by the entrant.

5.7 Should the prize draw machine fail then we will pick the balls manually live on stream. We will never have a no-winner scenario.

6. Promotion Periods

6.1 Each Competition will run for a maximum of 30 calendar days on the Lucky Wheels website known as the Promotional Period. The promotor reserves the right to extend the promotion period at their discretion by a week up to a maximum of 4 times. This will not affect the price per ticket or number of tickets.

6.2 Once 60% of the tickets for any prize competition have been sold we will announce the prize draw date. This draw date will be confirmed on the prize listing page, we will draw the prize on that date regardless of the number of tickets sold thereafter, even if not all tickets are sold.

6.3 If all tickets have not been sold after 4 extensions, a cash alternative prize of 70% of ticket sales will be awarded to the winner instead of the prize.

7. The Draw

7.1 A winner will be chosen by our random draw machine and will be broadcast on our website, Facebook, Instagram and or any other social media platform Lucky Wheels may choose to utilise.

7.2 The winner will be notified by email/telephone using details entered by the entrant within 2-3 days of the completion of the draw. We will endeavour to contact the winners live although this may not be possible.

7.3 The winner must respond to Lucky Wheels within 21 days of being notified and must provide on responding a full name and address for delivery of the prize.

7.4 Should the winner not respond to Lucky Wheels within the 21 days from date of being notified for whatever reason the prize will be forfeited and Lucky Wheels will re-draw that prize to select another winner using our random draw machine. As usual this will be streamed live for transparency.

7.5 The prize will be sent to the winner within 14 days of the winner responding to Lucky Wheels.

7.6   Barring the scenario described in 6.3 the prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered as standard. Lucky Wheels reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances outside of Lucky Wheels control make it necessary to do so. Should the owner be unable to take ownership of the vehicle due to size, insurance or other issues we may, at our discretion, buy the vehicle back at a mutually agreeable figure.

7.7 The decision of Lucky Wheels regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

7.8 Lucky Wheels reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so due to reasons outside of our control.

7.9 Any winner from outside of the UK must pay for any duty, transport and tariffs required by the government of the country the prize winner is resident in at the time of the draw. If any of our winners are from Northern Ireland, we will ship the vehicle to Birkenhead whereby the new owner will be required to meet us to take the vehicle to Belfast on the ferry.

Please be nice to all MoneySavers. That’s the forum motto. Remember, the prime aim is to help provide info and resources. If you don’t like someone, their situation, their question or feel they’re intruding on ‘your board’ then please bite the bullet and think of the bigger issue. A Guardian article once "doffed its cap" to this forum as being the one place where consumers can collect together and fight back. Our job is to help keep it that way.
