Sick note

Hi I have been off work sick with a bad back for a while I can move around. Some friends of mine have asked me to there's for a weekend I don't know if I can with been on the sick from work please help

    Yes, you can. 
    Having a fit note means that your GP has determined that you are not well enough to work,  it does not mean that you have to remain at home. Presumably visiting your friends won't require you to do anything which likely to make your back worse?

    As above. I'd just be careful not to put anything on social media as employers often don't see it that way (even if they're wrong!)
