Is anyone else getting "message not sent" / error codes  when trying to enter this? I'm on Talkmobile and am getting error code 28. I've just asked my son to try for me, he's on i-D and got a code 38.

I entered earlier today (using 02) with no problems.
    Good luck

Just spotted in the T&C's that virtual mobile network users may not be able to enter / text short code number. So this seems to mean you must be on EE / O2 / Vodafone / Three to enter!! Seems a bit discriminatory? Any other people having this issue?

As an O2 subscriber, initially I had the same problem, and asked a question in their forum.  They advised me to contact Customer Services, and they would sort it out.
No problems now, it might be worth contacting your network support centre.

Thanks, I did contact Talkmobile in the end, who said there was a bar on premium rate numbers on my account (even though this comp is only SNR!) They have lifted the bar and I was then able to enter.
