Hen night canx no refund

We have all paid deposits and most paid in full for a hen night with a big company in August. They messaged the other day saying we will move your date for free. Since they have technically cancelled due to info off the government. Why are we not entitled to a full refund. Pls advice.

I would argue that they haven't cancelled; if that's all they've said I would read what you've written as they will move your date free of charge.

Given that the world seems to be opening back up for business, it's highly likely that you will be able to do what you've planned to do, 2nd spike permitting.
