Hi all, just looking for a bit of advice. Prior to the latest minimum wage increase I was earning 14p above minimum wage with a wage of £8.35. However, this month my employer has only increased my wage to £8.72 in line with minimum wage. Im curious as to where I stand legally regarding this.
                Thank you

Unless your contract says something about pay rises/amounts/timings there don't have to give you any increases apart from those that may be necessary to keep legal (minimum wage).1
