The entire collection of surviving episodes of the comedy Dad's Army is now on sale in a complete boxset. Merry Media News has a boxset to giveaway - all you have to do is answer a simple question...
The classic sitcom from Jimmy Perry and David Croft was broadcast on the BBC from 1969 to 1977 with many repeats afterwards.
It is based around the home guard in Walmington-on-Sea. Arthur Lowe plays Captain Mainwaring, John Le Mesurier plays Sergeant Wilson, Clive Dunn plays Lance Corporal Jones, John Laurie plays Private Frazer, Arnold Ridley plays Private Godfrey, James Beck plays Private Walker and Ian Lavender as Private Pike.
The boxset includes all nine surviving episodes from Series 1 and 2 and the complete series 3 to 9 including all the specials.
