Tis the season of giving, receiving – and wasting; and in a nation already throwing 33.1 million tonnes of waste away each year, including millions of tonnes over Christmas..

The Big Issue tells us that 270,000 tonnes of food goes to waste each year - so that suggests 7000 tonnes at Christmas is the only likely answerI need to think of something new here...0
