Hi, hoping to get some advice.
I have been sent a letter fro Student Loans company stating they have made an error and overpaid me £2925. This is a grant and not a loan which I would not have been expected to pay back in future but they've now decided they shouldn't have paid me this amount from 2017/2018.
What are my options? I provided them with all my details and everything was correct. What is more worrying is that I have had this grant again this year which suggests they are going to say they have overpaid me again.
I simply can not afford to pay back anything let alone £2925

Proud to be dealing with my debts!;)
Why is a person that handles your money called a broker?!

First off, you need to ask them for a breakdown of how the overpayment occurred, than you can look at checking if they are right or send them proof if they are wrong.
