    Having completed your survey, I would ask have you given indemnity insurance any thought. As a tradesman I have spent 30 years building a Fountain of knowledge if you think I an going to give/sell that for a pittance you may be disappointed.

    I'm not that far along yet.

    This has all stemmed from the handyman who has worked on my parents' home for years recently offering to video chat for certain jobs.

    Just out of interest, are you a member of any DIY type forums? I've used diynot quite a bit in the past for small bits for my own house here and there. I've seen first hand that there are many in the trades willing help others on there for nothing at all. Facebook groups are also pretty handy to ask questions on too.

    In fact my post on here yesterday (link below) is prime example of something like this happening, all be it was just a normal phone call, but managed to complete my project all the same.
