That's a used demo phone with no charger or earphones.
I'm not ungrateful for a win in anyway but slightly miffed with this one. Was from Carphone Warehouse, nowhere in the T&C does it state a new or used device.

Have they told you it's ex demo?
If it's not stated in terms and conditions I suppose they are covered but it may be worth a polite email to say they would be well advised to put it in t&c that it will be an ex demo phone for future comps£2 Savers Club for 2022 #120 -

I would at least expect a charger if they hadn't stated there wasn't one.0

I had the same problem with a gameboy once. It arrived with somebody else's data and a scratched screen. When I complained, I was told that it didn't state in the T&C's whether it was new or used, so there was nothing that I could do about it
