I won tickets to the international horse show in Liverpool from Horse & Rider for the 28th Dec.
After hearing nothing Re tickets I emailed horse and rider to ask what was happening. She assured me she got my details they requested and she'd chase it up.
26th I got a phonecall from a PR company who asked for my email and said Id get the tickets.
Roll on the 28th nothing, son very disappointed. Tried calling the PR company back but it just rang out. Have emailed horse and rider to let them know she's on leave being the holiday.
Disappointing all round.

That's such a shame
Something similar has happened to me twice.....
1st time - sent a £20 Amazon voucher instead, which I was grateful for, but not quite as good as the £40 tickets to a one-off event I was supposed to get.
2nd time - offered to send me tickets to the same show for the following year (as it was for an annual event) if I got in touch with them nearer the time.
Fingers crossed for you, since your event is annual, that they will be able to maybe offer you tickets for next year instead

They emailed me and I'm getting tickets to bolesworth horse show in Chester. Again not too far from us so will definitely make up for it.0
