Thanks for updating to tell us. I understand the urge to secure the right job, not just any job, and as long as you work out the financial situation in which you need to go for any job (eg a point at which the debt would have got too much without more income than the job centre money or say risks to being able to pay your rent) then it can be a sensible decision.
