    Allister however is not indisputably corrupt. Paisley is.

    I see paisley isn't "going to go quietly into the night". Does this mean he'll be going on a first class flight to a five star hotel?

    Paisley appears to be as safe as houses.

    As a Unionist I fear the damage almost weekly scandal from the DUP is doing to the Union.

    The long term divided factions within the DUP will now split, the Paisley era is firmly over. Exit Sammy, Ian, and a small number of others.

    Um. Is that humour? Because I can't think of many things which are worse for the "Union" than the DUP...
