The Chang Beer UK competition with Thai Airways is
open only to legal residents of Great Britain
who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.
Residents of Northern Ireland are not eligible for entry.
Employees of Chang Beer, Thai Airways and their parent and affiliate companies,
suppliers as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children)
and household members of each such employee are not eligible.
The competition prize is:
One return Economy Class confirmed ticket
(in the form of a voucher),
on the services of Thai Airways, valid for travel from London
(Heathrow) - Thailand – London (Heathrow).
This voucher is valid for travel until 15 December 2018
and is subject to restrictions and embargo periods as dictated by the Thai Airways UK Office
(currently certain days in December, January, the Easter period, April, July and August are embargoed).
The maximum stay is three months.
It must be claimed three months before the aforementioned date.
Booking can be made three months prior to travel date.
Confirmation of flights is subject to availability at the time of booking and at the time of the actual travel dates.
THAI will not be liable for any expense incurred to the prize winner(s)
in case of an off-loading of the prize winner(s) from the confirmed flights.
It is the responsibility of the passenger to ensure that a
valid passport and visa (if applicable) are acquired in good time.
Health and inoculation information is available from Travel Clinic
and Local Health Centres/GPs.
Travel insurance is not included,
and should be arranged separately if required by the passenger.
This prize voucher does not include accommodation.
This prize is non-transferable and cannot be refunded for any
money if the voucher has not been utilized.
The prize cannot be upgraded to a higher ticket class
i.e. Business or First Class.
Extension of validity is not permitted.
Tickets are not valid on TG code share flights operated
by partner airlines nor on THAI Smile (WE) flights.
THAI will pay applicable Passenger Duty and applicable taxes.
