How to enter

All you need to do is pay with Visa contactless between March 12 and May 6 2018 and then fill in the form to be in with a chance of winning. Maximum 5 entries per day.

Entrants must hold their own valid Visa contactless card at the time of entry and make a valid Visa contactless payment in the competition period. Entrants must be individuals, not corporate entities, and entrants using Visa corporate or commercial cards to pay through Visa contactless must obtain their employer's permission before entering into this Competition. Entrants are responsible for their Visa Contactless Payments and any terms and conditions with their card provider or bank. Entrants are responsible for any tax liabilities that arise in respect of their participation in this Competition and the receipt of any Prize under this Competition.


There will be 16 separate winners in total. There will be 8 (Eight) separate winners of a Main Prize and 8 (eight) separate winners of a Package Prize. One winner of a Main prize and one winner of a Package Prize will be selected each week of the Competition Period. An entrant is only eligible to receive a Prize in the weeks that they complete an entry. Entries from previous weeks will not be eligible to receive a Prize in subsequent weeks.

(i) Entry via Instagram

After making a valid Visa Contactless Payment during the Competition Period, the entrant can enter via Instagram by doing the following:

Log in to their Instagram account or sign up for free at https://www.instagram.com (if they do not already have an account); and
Abide by Instagram Terms of Service (which can be found at: http://instagram.com/about/legal/terms
Submit the competition entry form on one of the relevant Visa UK Win a trip to FIFA World Cup Instagram Stories ensuring all details are filled in. Details required are: name, email address, phone number and confirmation that the entrant has accepted these Terms.

(i) Entry via Website

After making a valid Visa Contactless Payment during the Competition Period, the entrant can enter via the Visa UK website by doing the following:

Visit the Visa UK FIFA World Cup 2018 webpage at https://www.visa.co.uk/ContactlessRussia2018 and
Submit the competition entry form titled
You could win a trip to the FIFA World Cup
Details required are: first and last names, email address, phone number and confirmation that the entrant has accepted these Terms.
There is a maximum of 5 entries per day per person and a maximum of 280 in the lifetime of the competition.

A valid Visa Contactless Payment must be made for each entry and each Visa Contactless Payment may only be used for a single entry to this Competition, irrespective of the mechanism of entry.

Entrants must supply proof that they made a Visa Contactless Payment “Proof of Purchase”: The Promoter will only accept Proof of Purchase for a Visa Contactless Payment made from the start date of the Competition Period up to (and including) the date of entry as valid. Photos of the contactless receipt or a photo of the relevant section of a bank statement showing a Visa Contactless Payment are the only acceptable Proof of Purchase.

Thanks for posting this I didn't read this correctly the first time and so didn't use contactless 5 times the first day - I am now using contactless at least 5 times a day so I can get the maximum entries! lol
