CINEMA PRIZE DRAW – March 2018

The Cinema Prize Draw (“Prize Draw”) is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, other than employees of Plusnet, their families or its agencies. Only one entry per person.
The promoter for this Prize Draw is Plusnet plc, The Balance, 2 Pinfold Street, Sheffield S1 2GU. Registered in England with Company No: 3279013 (“Promoter”).
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and check their identity.
There are 500 prizes available consisting of two adult cinema tickets, redeemable at Odeon cinemas each.
The prizes are subject to availability and eligibility criteria.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes for a prize of equivalent or greater value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.
To enter the Prize Draw you must send an email to competitions-plus@plus.net with the words Cinema Competition in the subject line. No purchase necessary and entry to the competition is free of charge.
The Prize Draw will be open from 1 March 2018 until 23:59 on 12 March 2018. Entries submitted outside of this period will not be eligible for the prizes.
The prize winners will be drawn at random by an independent person from all of the entries submitted on 13 March. Winners will be notified via the email address they sent their entry from on or before 15 March 2017.
The Promoter reserves the right to re-draw a winner if they cannot be contacted within a reasonable period of time (to be established at the Promoter’s sole discretion).The Promoter also reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or select an alternative winner in the event that it believes that any entrant has contravened these Terms and Conditions.
A list of prize winners (first and last name and county only) may be obtained by written request by sending an SAE to Amy Gooding, Plusnet, The Balance, 2 Pinfold Street, Sheffield, S1 2GU on or before 13 April 2018.
By entering this Prize Draw you agree that your image, biography and likeness (if applicable) may be used by the Promoter in unpaid promotional related publicity (including photographic shots and interviews).
Your personal details will be retained for the purpose of the Prize Draw and will not be processed for any other purpose, unless you choose or have chosen to receive information from the Promoter.
