I'm sure it will be fine... just a bit gutted and a lot p*ssed off with myself for not double checking before now about my holidays.

MY agency gave me an amuont that's in my 'pot' for holidays, but I forgot to factor in the tax man.
I'm a silly girl!

There's no massive rush to be paying back my credit card, but I just want to get rid of it as soon as possible as it's been around my neck for a fair while.

This will put me behind by about 2 weeks (2 pay days). grr...
I'm sure it'll be fine.

Just some old CDs... some of them are worth waaaayyyy more than I thought they would be. I was expecting to sell them for about a pound each, but one went for an incredible 7.00 and it's not even an album... just spoken word!

I am a massive music fan (I'll be honest, I can't live without music) and I have quite a few 'alterntive' CDs of unknown bands I didn't think anyone else even knew existed!!!

I'm gob smacked!

Well, it's been a great week for sales on Amazon.

Ended up making a profit of £62.35 :beer:

Happy New Year everyone!!!

Well, as I thought, I way overspent over Christmas and New Year and I am now behind on my budget... but not by too much!

So, the next 9 pay days are going to be tight! Very tight, but my OH has said that he'll try and help out as much as possible which is lovely!

He's going away for almost a week in 2 weeks time so expenditure will be less for me and he also leaves for the big trip 2 weeks before me, so I'll save there too.

Seriously, though, where does the money go?

Only 8 weeks or so of tight budgeting before I go away, and I just have to remember that I'm saving for an amazing time away. That's what my hard work and saving is for.

Anything that isn't nailed down is being sold!!!!
