Hi
Just noticed that A1di are running their stove/log burner fan specialbuy offer again from next Sunday (28/01/18) ... link .. if anyone's interested.
The pictures aren't good for gauging size, but it looks to be about the same (/similar) to the one I noticed shown on top of a stove in an inglenook fireplace on a recent blog post ... link ... so not too obtrusive ..
Hope it's useful to someone !

One of the reviews mentioned the height - a couple of cm more than the spec I seem to recall.0

Hi
We've had one that looks similar for a few years, paid much more than that though (from a stove store!) even though it was a 'comparative bargain' at the time ...
We bought a small fan to sit on top of a tapered canopy similar to the one in the link just to stir the air around a little, the limiting factor being more the footprint of the base than the height/blade-sweep etc, but I also know someone who has one sat on the back of a small flat-top stove inset into a small arched fireplace which is probably the ideal use for one of these as it seems to make a considerable difference to the heat thrown out into the room ..

Thanks for highlighting this.
Much cheaper than the one I was planning on getting from a stove shop.0
