Hi
I hope someone can help me please - I'm a newbie so please be gentle.
My DH made a fab lasagne the other night (he does all the cooking as he's a stay at home Dad :j ). He made double quantity and froze the remainder. However, we don't know how to use the frozen lasagne now! He froze it after it had all been cooked (i.e. did the stuff on the hob and then cooked for an hour in the oven). Should we thaw out and then re-heat, or re-heat from frozen? Any ideas for times/temps?
Many thanks in advance

I'm sure there are lots of different methods, but the main aim of course is to heat it all the way through until piping hot, not allowing it to dry out.....
I would allow it to defrost thoroughly, then cover in foil and cook in a 200 ish oven for 20/30 ish mins (depends how big it is to an extent) removing the foil and giving it a final 5/10 mins to finish....
Or defrost thoroughly then microwave....0 -
Thanks very much for that! Another meal saved ....:T0
