Am I entitled to half my ex's property

we bought our house together 3 years ago. I sorted all the mortgage but as my credit was bad we had to get it in his name. We have been together 11 years and recently split. to get the mortgage his dad got us a loan to pay the deposit off natwest which we are still paying now. At the moment I have moved out the house yet still paying half. All the bills and mortgage come out of my bank and he pays his half to me weekly. we WAS engages and have a 4 year old child. I am just wondering as I have since met someone new and its someone who I was with in the past and I know he wouldnt like this. I just want to know where I stand with the house, in case he decides to say its all in his name and tries to either not buy me out or give me anything if we sell

I think firstly you need to decide what your status is. You can't be split up and engaged!
Anyway, how much equity is in the property, taking into account that you owe his dad for the deposit?0 -
Hahah meant to put was engaged, we got a mortgage for 73000, the loan left is about 6000 and could now sell for about 100000 at least. I amm not to sure how it all works when selling :A0

No he has a £73,000 mortgage and he could sell for about £100,000. You on the other hand have diddly squat at the moment.
To have any kind of claim on the property your ex would need to mutually agree to this or you would have to prove that you have a beneficial interest in the property. You might be able to prove this since you are repaying the loan used to fund the deposit and the mortgage payments come out of your bank account.
The first step is to approach your ex about it. If he flat out refuses to give you anything then stop contributing towards the loan and the mortgage.
