- 130 winners will be drawn at random by a member of the Promoter unconnected with the prize draw from all the Entrants.
- Eligible Charity is any charity or non-for-profit organisation registered with the Charity Commission in the UK or in the Republic of Ireland or the Scottish Charity Regulator that DOES NOT: (a) discriminate unlawfully in any way, as determined by the sole discretion of the Promoter; (b) support any specific political party or affiliated group; (c) relate to any controversial subject matter that is contrary to the values and expectations of the Promoter.
- The prizes are as follows: 130 prizes of £1,000 each (or the equivalent of €1,120 each (if delivery of the Prize is to take place in the Republic of Ireland) in the form of a cash donation to be given by the Promoter to 130 Eligible Charities nominated by the Winners (as defined below) (each a “Prize” and together “the Prizes”). •
- Multiple nominations of Eligible Charities are allowed and shall be added to the prize draw. Eligible Charities nominated multiple times are eligible to receive only one Prize and shall be removed from the prize draw once they have been selected to receive a Prize.
