Pension Transfer Scottish Widows - NEST

I contacted NEST in July to seek advice in how to transfer my old pension from Scottish Widows. Despite being supplied with the necessary information several times, NEST still claim to not to have the necessary paperwork (specifically "part 2"). Scottish Widows claim otherwise and given how helpful they have been - I am inclined to see NEST as the bad guys here. Calls to the helpline have been far from helpful. My advice that their pension transfer team contact their counterparts at Scottish Widows - have fallen on deaf ears. Now esclated it to a complaint and left their complaints department to bash heads together. A lot of graft for a pension that has a value of £186.
Anyone had this much hastle with transferring a pension?

Scottish Widows service is very slow,I requested to sell some funds the other week and purchase new funds,it took them nearly five working days to complete the transaction which should have been done the next day0

NEST is the problem.
They told me they hadn't received forms from other scheme however later on i found this to be a lie. They will only progress with transfer if THEIR nest forms are filled & dont seem to understand that industry protocol is that it is the seceding schemes forms that need to be filled in. Because of this my transfer process has stalled & there are lots of people on here in the same boat. I am in the process of complaining to TPAS or the pensions advisory service so the more people that complain then Nest might yield from this arrogant stance they have taken.

I've been trying to transfer from Abbey life. Nest won't fill in their forms and they won't fill in NEST forms.

Try TPAS for help with initial complaint.0 -
It's a shame as NEST waive the initial fee on a transfer-in and charge a very attractive ongoing fee. So on paper it is a very good option.
Maybe NEST would be better charging a small fixed initial fee so they could afford to do their admin properly.
