Upsizing now we're debt free

Hello everyone. Looking for a bit of advice concerning our current financial situation. My partner and I have just completed a DMP - this finished in June and are now debt-free. Well done on getting debt free. Are your jobs secure and I am not judging you but r u sure you won't have any more debt problem? Taking such high LTV mortgage at higher rates is long term commitments. Have you factored in all childcare costs for both children when looking at affordability. Only you can decide if kids sharing bedroom and bigger garden are worth the additional commitments. Good luck.
